Know what to eat but never stick to it? Sprout remembers so you don't have to.
Sprout reads your blood report, plans everyday Indian meals around your low or high numbers, and nudges you through the day so the plan actually sticks.
Built around your report, not calories
Four screens do the work: understand your numbers, eat to fix them, see progress, and ask Sprout when plans change.

Good to know
Is the app available now?
Not yet. We're building it and opening early access soon. Joining the list is free, and early members get exclusive benefits when we launch.
Which reports work?
Any standard full-body checkup from a lab, as a PDF or a clear photo. You'll be able to check and correct every value we read.
I'm vegetarian. Will it work for me?
Yes. Sprout is built for vegetarians and eggetarians first, with non-veg options too.
How does Sprout know what's in my kitchen?
You add items once, by tapping, speaking, or scanning a grocery bill. Sprout updates the list as you cook its meals, and you can fix it anytime.
Does it replace my doctor or medicines?
No. Sprout suggests food and daily habits only, and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If your report shows a value that needs medical attention, Sprout will ask you to see a doctor instead of giving a plan.
What happens to my health data?
Your data is stored in India, used only to build your plan, and never sold. Personal details are removed from uploaded reports.
